LLANGUNLLO. The Foundation stone of the new tower to the Church of Llangunllo, Radnorshire, will be laid by Powlett. G. Milbank, Esq., M.P., Lord Lieutenant of the county, on Tuesday, 14th inst. There will be a short service and sermon at 3 p.m., and a full choral service and sermon at 7 p.m with Preacher, The Rev. T. P. Lewis, B.A., of Pennllergaer. Tea will be provided in the National Schools at 4-30 p.m. The work is being carried out by Mr Price, Builth, builder, from designs under the superintendence of Mr T. R. Hampson of Hereford and Cardiff.
