People came to pay their respects at the Llangunllo War Memorial on Sunday, 13th November. Wreaths were laid in memory of the local soldiers who gave their lives in world war one and two. The Last Post and Reveille were played by Trevor Head both prior to and after a two-minute silence. The Remembrance hymn was sung and prayers were said. The act of remembrance for the Beacon Hill Benefice and Gravel Baptist Chapel continued afterwards with a service at Gravel Chapel.
