Llangunllo Photographs Through The Years

Llangunllo has a long history. Below are some photographs (with comments) contributed by people living in the village.

This is the old mill in the village. It is now a private residence and the wheel is no longer there. However, you can still see traces of the mill race if you look carefully.

This is the Llangunllo Train Station in 2010. The line is still in operation and the trains run from Swansea to Shrewsbury several times a day.

A picture of the post office from 1975. As you might imagine all post offices in villages the size of Llangunllo have long since been closed and this building is now a private residence.
