Changes In The Village Centre.
In May 2021, Chris Morgan, Chair of the Community Council, held an onsite meeting to discuss the newly adopted phone box and ideas to enhance the village centre. The phone box is to be used for the community defibrillator at present located in the bus shelter. As the bus shelter is now a library and gift store, the removal of the defibrillator will increase storage and display space. Plans are for a group of volunteers to undertake the work of refurbishing the phone box, installing flower boxes, plus a sign and a general tidy up.
