After our monthly business meeting, members and their guests settled down to listen to Bono Barrett, and Sarah his wife, introduce us to the world of wildlife photography. Bono shared how he got started photographing wild birds and animals explaining the cameras and equipment he uses. He’s clearly very passionate about capturing birds and animals on camera, and showed us some of his amazing photographs and shared the stories of how he got the shots.
We were not too sure about his camouflage clothing, or how long he spent in his hide to get that all important picture, but we were captivated by his presentation and his pictures.
Our June meeting will see us enjoying a picnic together, so we are hoping for lovely sunshine.
