Local musicians, Tom Simmons and Vincent Williams, aka ‘The Outlaws of Babylon’ performed live from around 4:00 pm, singing and playing well-known favourites, such as Delilah, Country Roads and many others to keep everyone entertained. Very popular in this part of the world, the duo received a very warm welcome at the Llangunllo Show.
Tractor Run
It must have been around 2:30 pm when the Tractor Run got on its way. Leaving the field and turning left towards Llangunllo Village, then up Hen Cefn Hill and out on a route which eventually saw them return to the show field about 2 hours later. A variety of tractors, from the smaller, vintage models to the larger modern-day vehicles, took part.
