A fun time was had by everyone who attended the Games Night at Llangunllo Community Hall on Saturday, 9th March on behalf of The Friends Of St Cynllo’s Church.
Giant Jenga, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football and a full-size skittle alley were amongst the popular games that were enjoyed during the evening.
Lovely cheese and ham pizza with biscuits to follow was served during a brief break in the sporting activities. The raffle then took place with prizes from bottles of wine to a box of Maltesers Truffles and various pot plants were all greatly received by the winners.
To round off the evening, a ‘killer Skittles’ competition was organised for all participants. Each player was given three lives and anyone missing the Skittles with their ball would result in losing a life. Slowly, (because the competition was good) the lives on the chalk scoreboard were wiped away until there was only one left! Congratulations to Pam Livingstone-Lawn for being the last woman standing & beating everyone. A well-deserved victory!
