ANIMALS STRAYING.
Mr John Dyke. Lea Hall was summoned for allowing a horse to stray on the highway in the parish of Llangunllo. The Clerk read a letter from Mr Dyke, saying he could not attend as he was confined to the house through an accident. P.C. Charles Rogers said about 3 p.m. on the 14th March he found one of Mr Dyke’s horses straying on the highway. He had cautioned the defendant before, by order of the County Council, as to his animals straying.
