Llangunllo resident, Sally Sylvester has very kindly donated £175 from the sale of her violin to St Cynllo’s Church. Deciding that playing the instrument wasn’t for her and rather than leave it in a corner gathering dust, Sally asked one of the Church Wardens, Pam Livingstone-Lawn, if someone could sell it for her and donate the proceeds to the church funds.
Pam’s son took it to a musical instrument dealer in Cardiff where he was paid the princely sum of £175. Many thanks to Sally for her kindness and generosity.
